"OUR STORY"
We are three dynamic leaders from three different generations who are on the path to helping others Evolve their culture, Elevate their mindset, and Enrich their leadership.

But how did we get here? And how did we get the name KVibe?
Nomana was the first. He was a rising leader in his career, but also spent many years reading and studying leadership, and attending other leadership and mentorship workshops. He began his own business of consulting leaders every where he went and continued to grow his experience in leadership development across the country. Nomana is currently one of the senior leaders in his training organization overseeing and inspiring many people.
Nomana first invited Maka to join him to build this consulting company. A leader on the rise in his career and great friend to Nomana for many years, Maka began to take the journey with Nomana. Maka comes into the team with leadership development training and coordination, facilitation expertise, and relationship building skills. The two of them began to build KVibe to become the consulting entity they are today.

With much consideration the two of them came up with the name K Vibe. The “K” in KVibe stood for all their son’s names that started with the letter K. It was something that they both had in common and stood for the idea that everything the two built was for their families. The “vibe” in KVibe, stood for the vibrations of energy and the message that they continue to bring to others.

Nomana and Maka then realized the unique leadership scientist mind, and the great organization and communication skills of Lance, who was the third and final member invited into the group. A leader in his own career, Lance did a lot of renown leadership curriculum building and delivery. He is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to leadership and self-development. And Lance’s daughter’s names also starts with the letter “K”.
KVibe continues to be the consulting company that is helping other organizations since then.
